This policy explains what information Lorikeet Crafts ("we," "us") collects when you use LorikeetCrafts.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short because we collect very little.

- We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
- We only collect what you choose to send us through a form (a message, a repair request, or a fax order).
- The only cookie our own site sets is a temporary session cookie needed to keep secure pages working.
What we collect and why
Contact and service forms
When you submit a contact form or open a support ticket, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the message you write, and any files you attach. We use this only to respond to you and to carry out the service you asked for.
Fax service
When you send or receive a fax through our site, we collect your name and email address, the fax number(s) involved, and the document you upload. The document is transmitted through our fax provider (MetroFax) to complete your order. We store the order details and confirmation so we can support you and handle refunds.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. You enter your card or PayPal details directly with PayPal, not with us. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction ID.
Cookies
Our website uses a single essential cookie (a temporary session cookie) that is required for secure areas such as the admin login and gated file downloads to function. It contains no tracking data and is not used for advertising. Because it is strictly necessary to operate the site, it does not require your consent.
When you make a payment, PayPal may set its own cookies as part of the checkout you chose to use. Those cookies are governed by PayPal's Privacy Statement.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with the service providers needed to deliver what you asked for:
- PayPal - to process your payment.
- MetroFax - to transmit or receive your fax.
- Our web and email hosting provider - to operate the site and send you confirmations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep support tickets, order records, and fax documents only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve any issues, and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you,
- Correct anything that is wrong,
- Delete your information, or
- Send you a copy of the information you provided.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Uploaded fax documents are stored in a non-public folder and served only through gated links. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
