These terms apply when you use the services on LorikeetCrafts.com, including our online fax, printing, scanning, computer repair, and related services. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide computer repair (mail-in and remote), printing and scanning, 3D printing and embroidery, an online send/receive fax service, and other services described on the site. Some services are performed by mail; turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are shown before you pay. You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including the destination fax number and the correct document.
Fax refund policy
Sending a fax
If a fax you paid to send cannot be delivered after our automatic retry attempts (for example, the destination line is busy, unanswered, or not a working fax number), your payment for that order is automatically refunded. Once a fax has been successfully transmitted, the send charge is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
Receiving a fax
Receiving uses a two-part price: an upfront reservation fee and a per-page balance charged before your document is delivered to you. The upfront reservation fee is non-refundable, as it holds a dedicated line for you for up to 14 days. If no fax arrives within that window, the reservation simply expires. The per-page balance is only charged once a fax has actually arrived for you.
Mistakes
We cannot refund a fax that was successfully sent to a wrong number you provided. Please double-check the destination number before paying. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
Other services
For printing, repair, and other services, refunds are handled case by case. If we are unable to complete the work you paid for, we will refund the amount for the uncompleted work. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing material, or unsolicited bulk (junk) faxes. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate these terms or the law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and files you send us. You grant us permission to process and transmit them only as needed to perform the service you requested. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We rely on third-party carriers and networks and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free transmission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
