How It Works

Sending

  1. Fill in the form above and upload your document (PDF, JPG or PNG).
  2. We count the pages and show you the exact price.
  3. Pay with PayPal or any major credit/debit card.
  4. We transmit your fax and email you confirmation once it's delivered — usually within minutes.
  5. If the number won't answer after 3 attempts, you get an automatic full refund.

Receiving

  1. Reserve for $3.50 — this covers the first page and holds your spot for 14 days.
  2. We email you our fax number and your order code.
  3. Give both to whoever is sending you the fax; ask them to write the order code on their cover sheet.
  4. When it arrives, we email you. Faxes over one page have a small balance ($2.50/page) due before delivery.
  5. Your fax lands in your inbox as a PDF.

Fax FAQ

What file types can I send?

PDF, JPG and PNG, up to 10 MB. One file per order — if you have several documents, combine them into a single PDF first (most scanners and phone scan apps can do this).

My PDF was rejected because the pages couldn't be counted. What do I do?

Some PDFs are saved in a heavily compressed format we can't count reliably, and we never guess at your price. Open the file and use "Print to PDF" to re-save it, or upload it as JPG/PNG images instead.

What happens if my fax can't be delivered?

Fax lines are sometimes busy or disconnected. We automatically retry up to 3 times. If it still won't go through, we refund you in full and let you know — if you have another number for the recipient, just place a new order.

How fast does my fax go out?

Transmission starts as soon as your payment completes, and most faxes deliver within minutes. You'll get a confirmation email once delivery is verified, and you can watch progress on your order status page any time.

Is the receive reservation refundable?

No — the $3.50 reserves our line and staff time for 14 days whether or not a fax arrives, and covers your first page when it does. Balances for additional pages are only charged when a fax actually arrives.

Is my document private?

Yes. Files are stored in a protected area, are never publicly linkable, and are only ever transmitted to the fax number you give us. Your order status page is protected by a private link only you receive.
